Low Season 2026: May 1st to December 17th 2026

$1300 USD per night, plus 12 % TCI tax

Christmas Season 2026 December 18th to December 27th 2026:

$2600 USD per night plus tax.

New Year Season 2026\7 December 28th to January 9th 2027:

$3000 USD per night plus tax.

High Season 2027: January 10th to April 30th 2027

$1800 USD per night, plus tax.

Low Season 2027 May 1st to December 17th 2027

$1400 USD per night plus tax

Notes:

Rates are for the entire villa.

The tax is the TCI Government Accommodation Tax on villa rentals, at 12%.

Minimum stay is five nights.

When you book direct you will recieve our lowest rates, and we do not charge a cleaning fee or “service” fee.

Villa Spyglass was built to take advantage of the tropical breezes, with lots of windows and sliding doors all with insect screens. We find we rarely use AC. However, if preferred, there are new, efficent and very quiet “split” AC units in each bedroom, and in the Great Room as well.

The only additional cost to the rates shown plus tax would be for AC use in excess of $150 per week, this is charged back to our guests at cost at the end of the stay.
